Scholarships offered by Cardiff University

Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarship – a generous scholarship assistance is provided to all eligible international students who possess a strong academic potential. Selected students would get half of the fee concession on the selected programs. The last date of scholarship is 4 th of April 2025, with fulfillment of all conditions by 20th August 2025. Eligibility criteria for students availing this scholarship is international student with self-funding, holding a valid offer letter for undergraduate program. Student must also have excellent academic record with required English language tests scores.

Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship – university offers scholarships assistance to international students applying for taught master’s programs at the university in January 2025 or September 2025. Eligible students would automatically get the assistance of £3000 to £10000 provided that English language tests are submitted by 19 th December 2024 or 07 th January 2025. Students applying for September programs must submit the required scores before August 2025.

Cardiff India Scholarship – university offers scholarship to Indian domiciled students enrolling for postgraduate programs starting in January 2025 or September 2025. Eligible students will automatically get the scholarship worth £5000 without any separate application. For eligibility students must apply before 7 th January 2025 and deposit the fee within 14 days of receiving offer letter to avail the scholarship. All conditions along with English Language tests scores have to be submitted by 7 th January only, failing which eligibility to the scholarship terminates.

Business Management B.Sc. Placement Year – a four year course includes placement year in 3 rd year, students must find the placement on their own, employability team of the university will provide help to find one, otherwise students can opt for non-placement program, placements can be completed either in English or Welsh language. Students scoring above 60% in first year are eligible to study business modules in abroad in 2 nd year with partnered universities in the spring.
