Entry Requirements for University College Cork

The applicants must successfully complete the 12th standard from a recognised board like CBSE or ICSE.

  • The applicants must possess minimum average of 90% for band of competitiveness 1 courses

  • 75-79% minimum average for band of competitiveness 3 courses.

English Proficiency Requirements

An Applicant must prove his command over the language in reading, writing and comprehension skills. If an applicant doesn’t have English as a first language, then he must give evidence of language ability through English language tests or by school leaving certificate.

An application fee of €45 for undergraduate courses and €50 for postgraduate courses respectively is mandatory.

University holds the absolute discretion to award admissions. Students are advised to go through the prospectus of the college for specific undergraduate programs.
