WHU Excellence Scholarship: students receive the WHU Excellence Scholarship (up to €15,000 for master´s and MBA studies). It is presented for scholastic achievement, leadership and school service.
WHU Merit Scholarship: Merits Scholarship: The Merits Scholarship is a €10,000 for one year awarded as reduction of the tuition fee. Applicants must have excellent performance and great interest in management.

Admission requirements
- Students need a high school graduation equivalent to the German “Abitur” with excellent results in Mathematics and English to apply for bachelor programs. SAT or ACT scores are not required but considered favorably.
- Applicants for the M.A. program should possess a BBA or have the equivalent of a GPA of 3.0.

English Language Proficiency: English: For Non-native speakers TOEFL (minimum 100 iBT), IELTS (minimum overall 7.0) or Cambridge Certificate (C1 Advanced) as proof of English knowledge. A knowledge of German is not required for most programs at WHU.
GMAT/GRE Requirements: MBA & some master’s programs require GMAT (min 600) or GRE (subs cores at the same percentile are also to be uploaded).
Visa and Financial Proof: While those studying abroad must demonstrate they have sufficient money for living expenses and tuition. Blocked account and health insurance are the two requirements for your enrolment to the issuance of the German student visa.

Foreign students are very much present in the WHU experience as well, and the admission process is reflective of the internationalist mentality of the school- a view that doesn’t consider borders for education, and that pays no heed to cultural differences.

A robust GMAT or GRE score may support some of our programs such as the MBA or master’s in management, but WHU also attaches great importance to experiences and personal interviews.
