Entry requirements for Technical University Braunschweig

Although each program has its unique content requirements, the following conditions generally hold:

Bachelor’s Programs: You will have completed a secondary education equivalent to the German “Abitur” (diploma of the upper secondary school). Studienkolleg — you will be required to get into a Studienkolleg (preparatory college), based on the country of origin, as you do not hold the educational qualifications necessary for university admission to Germany.

Master’s Programs: You are to complete a relevant Bachelor`s degree or similar. Certain Master’s programs may even need you to have a certain educational background or relevant experience. For example to apply for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) program applicant must have Bachelors in mentioned field.

Language Requirements: At TU Braunschweig, classes are primarily held in English and German, so based on your program you’ll need to demonstrate the language proficiency in one of these languages:
