Entry Requirements for the University of Wollongong
Academic Requirements
For Undergraduate Entry
Applicants must satisfy similar qualifications at par with Australian year 12, country specific qualifications are assessed in the equivalencies
For Postgraduate Entry

- Applicants who had last two years of studies with English medium in an English speaking country are exempted from English language tests
Pathway Programs
- International students who fails to satisfy the required English language proficiency can opt for English language preparatory courses via university’s college
- They can take admission in English for Academic Purposes (EAP) or English for Tertiary Studies (ETS) in packaged format to seek direct entry into programs after completion
- University offers packaged format for students who wishes to improve English language proficiency, the schedule of these courses are as follows
- Students with 4.5 IELTS score, need to undertake 36 weeks of EAP to increase the desired score of 6.0
- Students with 5.0 IELTS score, can undertake 24 weeks of EAP or ETS
