Western Australian Premier’s University Scholarship
An one-time payment of AUD 50,000 along with full tuition fee waiver for remaining course duration is offered to international onshore students particularly from India, China and Malaysia and other countries. This scholarship is applicable to international onshore students enrolling for Semes 1 2025 intake in postgraduate research only. The students should not have any other university, state or commonwealth scholarship and must not be enrolled through pathway programs.

Western Australian Premier’s WACE Bursary
This bursary of AUD 20,000 is offered to international students to cover living, traveling and academic expenses. For eligibility, international students must complete Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) through an approved off-shore school within 24 months or should be in process for completion. They must also accept full-time on-shore undergraduate program or pathway programs for 2024 or 2025 intake, applications for this bursary is accepted through continuous ongoing basis, however, deadline is August 5th 2025. It can be applied through SmartyGrants portal
2025 International Undergraduate Scholarship
A 20% reduction on entire undergraduate course tuition fee is offered to international students from eligible countries like Bangladesh, Malaysia and Sri Lanka. Students must enroll for full-time undergraduate courses on-shore for semester 1 2025 to qualify for this scholarship. Nursing, Education and Music courses are not eligible for this scholarship, starting date for applications is 5th August 2024 and end date is 7th March 2025. Students will directly assessed for this scholarship during enrollment procedure by the university
2025 International Master’s Scholarship
A 20% reduction on entire eligible masters course tuition fee is offered to international students from eligible countries like India, Indonesia and Vietnam. Students must enroll for full-time eligible masters courses on-shore for semester 1 2025 to qualify for this scholarship. Nursing and Cybercrime studies courses are not eligible for this scholarship, starting date for applications is 5th August 2024 and end date is 7th March 2025. Students will directly assessed for this scholarship during enrollment procedure by the university
Procedure for Applying to Scholarships
Some of the scholarships offered by the university don’t require any separate application like International Undergraduate Scholarship and International Masters Scholarship, university will check the eligibility during course enrollments. However, few other scholarships like Western Australian Premier’s University Scholarship and WACE Bursary requires separate application to be submitted via specified portals of University Online Scholarship Application and SmartyGrants portal. Students are advised to maintain good academic record along with satisfying other eligibilities as specified by the scholarship. They also commit themselves to full-time course pursuance and other required visa procedures.

For International Students Placements
International students gets placements according to the course curriculum, however, they must ensure that the visa has compliance of condition 8105, defining the cap of 48 hours work permit in a fortnight. Placements which are mandatory and comes under the purview of CRICOS are excluded from the restrictions.
